Karen and Jeff have decided to make things official and get married in a destination wedding in Cancun!

The Wedding itself is Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Moon Palace Cancun. Please plan to arrive no later than December 11, 2023.
We have chosen a beautiful resort to share with you and say our vows to each other. It is critical that you book your room through our group – so get the process started with the form below. Click on each grey step. NOTE Step 4 (payment) is optional at this point of the process – you will receive a confirmation of the details of your booking and provide payment once we get to that stage.
We have partnered with Create The Moment Travel, who is a destination wedding specialist. We have already pre-reserved the rooms for you at a special rate. All you have to do is work with Connie and she will move one of our rooms under your name.
We are certain Create The Moment Travel will take great care of you and there are no additional charges for you to use their services (and it helps us!).
Services Include:
- Making your travel reservation (hotel, transfers and optional insurance)
- Handling your deposit and payments for your trip
- Answering questions you may have about the resort, room categories, excursions and activities
- Troubleshooting – have a concern or challenge that arises before, during or after your trip – they will handle it for you!
Prices are all inclusive and include hotel, food, a variety of activities on the resort, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages!
WE CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BOOK YOUR ROOM THROUGH CONNIE. THE RESORT REQUIRES ALL ATTENDEES TO BOOK THROUGH THE SAME SOURCE. The room block is held thru 10/1/23 and then rooms will be on an as available basis – so start the process right away! Even after this date, you do still need to book thru the room block with Connie.
Connie can also help you find the right flight for you, but you are also welcome to book the flight directly with the airline. Contact Connie and she can help you get it done in a way that still keeps you part of our group. Although it is critical for you to book your room through Connie, it is absolutely OK for you to book your flights on your own.
We have a variety of room categories at the resort – rooms are extremely limited, and once you have completed your form, Connie will connect with you to find the best option available for you at the time of your booking.

We have Garden View rooms held – there may be the possibility to upgrade to ocean view or ocean front when making your reservation with Connie so be sure to let her know if you are interested.
Rooms are subject to availability and it is possible to arrive as early as Dec 7 and stay as late as Dec 17th. Karen & Jeff are currently planning to be there 12/08 – 12/15/2023.
Rates are per person based on double occupancy and include shared transfers IF arranged by guest at least 10 days before arrival and do not include air or insurance.
